nokia n82 programs
Bought N82 two over weeks ago. Like the phone alot. However the D-pad went loose a few days ago. Sent to Nokia Care center for servicing. Waited for a day and was told that they do not have spare part to replace. Rather upset with the sub-standard service (parts and the wait aside) . Took the phone back and had to re-install from backups and other applications - Don't really mind doing that even though it is tedious.

But thinking of having to go back to the center when the parts arrive, that makes me really sick!

------------ They erased everything and reloaded factory settings during servicing. Understand that Nokia outsource their care center but no excuse for bad service, lah. Product and services must go hand in hand.
