I am not a N95 owner, but I have just sent my sister a ring tone via MMS to her Nokia N95 8 gig. She has received the file but cannot work out how to save it and make it her ring tone??

make sure it's compatible to the n95. does the file plays at all? when you play the file there's an option to save it.

once you save it, there should be a option to SET AS RINGTONE TONE.
