free motorola polyphonic ringtones/Hello,got v3x fewh days ago.
please help me,i connect phone via USB ,shortcut says that "Connected as AT device",but commander says - "USB:IO Time-out ; CMData write fail.

Motorola's Software Update program (AKA MSU). Released by Motorola to be a solution to flash your phone at home, rather than having to drive to your wireless carrier's store when a new firmware update is available for your phone. It is freely available and legal for download... It also puts the phone into the same suspend/diag mode needed for Seem Edits, P2KCommander, and that other processes require as PST does... So in many cases, MSU can be used IN PLACE OF PST... NOTE: currently North American wireless providers do not have any updates available via MSU...

MSU works hassel free in place of PST with all of the P2K type software requiring an established connection before the P2K app is executed.
and now for his site (A LOT of VXXX ifo and, IMHO, THE only extensive info on moto's other V3's on the internet(V3C, V3M, V3i, V3x, etc...). but, like all verizon v3( enter letter here) owners, if there is info to get futher in modding NON-destructively (eg; v3c firmaware flashing on a v3m phone - would render the v3m's reason for the "m" tag useless. But you can mod them like the're v3's...) please collaborate, and criticize CONSTRUCTIVELY not negatively. we all want the same thing here, vast and total knowledge...

------------ run pst first...check the options and see what the settings are in commander if they are for a drive you do not have it cannot work...
