I have the same problem on a 32" Samsung
LE32R41. Called Samsung and they dont want to know. Any ideas on what to do?. Seems like the buzzing noise comes from the left hand side of the tv - backlight transformer maybe?

I am new to this forum, after coming across it after a search on Google, for the new Samsung LE32M61B.

I had a letter the other day from currys uk about a potential problem with the SAMSUNG
LE26R51BD LCD TV.

The letter states that a component within the set may fail & result in a popping sound & smoke emission being produced.

If the serial number has the letter A or B after the letter Y e.g. below.

AB2S3SEY *A* 00547B

AB2S3SEY *B* 00715B

*= LETTER TO CHECK
