I wana loose weight but I have no time to go to the gym. Please help... tell me what kind of foods to avoid...i know to avoid bread and rice and stuff like that,..but what else can I do. I want to loose weight so bad. TEN POINTS TO THE BEST ANSWER! .
. ------------ Well running to the store etc instead of going by car should help you shed some calories. ------------ losing weight QUICKLY is not something you should aspire to do becasue of the immense strain it can have on your body, and increased excelerated weight loss could lead to belemia or anorexia.
losing weight SLOWLY is what you want to do. Avoid fat, if you eat meat, suck as chicken, dont eat the skin, if you eat bacon, dont eat the white bits on it. simple as, excercise is also necessary. starving is an option, but not a good one as it reduces muscle mass also. ------------ Here's the tip of loose weight!
U need to eat more fibre diet like vegetables! Eat meat but not Fat!
Also need to drink Chinese Tea ( i heard dat it'll help to loose weight)
The most important thing is Ur Mind! If u can control ur mind not to eat too bit, then u 'll lose weight! Try walkin at least 30min/day.
