Hi All.

I'll try and keep it as short sharp and simple as I can, otherwise I end up confusing myself !!

Currently I can connect to my N958GB via USB Cable and get 800k down.

Via Bluetooth it is a paltry and horrible 100k :(

But as you can guess that sitting on a train and having to pull out a cable or a bluetooth dongle and plug it in isn't ideal

So is there anyway that I can ..................

Connect my wifi enabled laptop to my N958GB via wifi and then use the N95 as a modem to use the internet via gprs (all via wifi !!!) therefore enabling me to surf the internet on my laptop via the n95's gprs

????

I seriously cannot find a definitive answer anywhere :(

Short answer = No
Long answer, your phone won't connect via wifi and packet at the same time so your only option if you want to use the phone as a modem is bluetooth or cable.

It's an app that turns your phone into a wireless hotspot. It connects to the internet using it's GPRS, and you can connect to it with your laptop using a wifi connection. I downloaded it just yesterday just in case I might need it.

I haven't actually tried it yet though so I couldn't comment on how reliable or secure it is.

Its a nice app works wonders on my ipod touch, but the batter does drain like noones business using joikuspot.
