Well guys basically SOmeone was kind enough to help me out with rotate me I gave them My imei and they made a signed file for me along with a .cer file. I managed to install acellormater, but I get this when trying to install rotateme
"Unable to Install Constrained by certificate file"
I have a .cer file what i think to be singed version of rotate me
help

------------ You NEED that as well as the cert.
------------ In order to sign a file you need a .key file and a .csr file
when you have both, you need to use them to sign the application using SignSis.exe, Make sure you've done all that
