Question: does OL2003 have a feature that will recognize an already received email and route it to another folder?
What happens frequently in my organization (and most others too) is that a message is sent to a group who then ALL forward it to me. So I end up getting multiple copies of exactly the same thing. What I'd like is for OL to notice that these are redundant and dispose of the duplicates. Is there a rule that can do this?
