On my fancy new 32r41bdx if you watch anything direct from your pc and try to change the viewing from 4:3 to anything else it says "unavailable".
.

.



This means that dvds or anything watched on Windows Media player that should be widescreen are compressed.

Does anyone know how to set the PC input for the full screen 16:9 ?

ps. I bought this tv in anticipation of sky HD - where the he11 is it ?!?!?!

do u have the latest drivers for you video card? make sure its set up properly first at your TVs native resolution 1366 x 768

Secondly get a different a different media player you need one that upscales... I cant remb the name of the one on my PC now... erm... *thinks* ah... http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
