Now here comes the fun part.
I am able to put pictures into the picture folder of the phone and view them in the phones gallery but only if they are really small file size. like say 10-15 KB large. .
Any larger than that and it sometimes fails to send the entire file and sends it to the phone as corrupt. In that case you have to wait for the phone to reboot and then you have to delete the corrupted image.
I was able to unbrand the outer LCD from saying Verizon and now it says Motorola like it does by default before Verizon gets ahold of it.
The LCD Verizon is just a image and can be replaced as long as the image is dot matrix and in the same dimensions.
WARNING: I killed my phone trying to do this and had to take the battery out to reset it back to the home screen. The final outcome after the battery was taken out was that it displayed Motorola instead of Verizon.
Some people say they have been able to put ring tones on thier phone with MPT or P2K Commander. I would like to know how they did that cause I tried putting a .midi .mp3 and .wav small KB sound file in the Shared > Sound folder but was enable to find it on the phone itself.
I also am trying to transmit old .jar games from my HD to the phone. I converted them to .jad's but I dont know how to put them on the phone.
If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. There is little knowledge on these boards about the V325 and I always wondered why.

I followed the instructions on the website I gave you. Did you complete the required section (including the prep work and exclude step 5 since you don't want to do seem edits)? Assuming you did, you might be very close. I used MPT, RSD Lite (rather than google, yahoo may work better in this case) and p2kcommander. With MPT running, open RSD lite, and p2kcommander. Disconnect then reconnect your phone. You should be able to access the file system with p2kcommander. If you don't see 200 files loading in p2kcommander, go to options and move the bar to the far right (unlimited).

with the OS being w98se then you'll need to uninstall all you have done so far
re-boot system
install the program and also if you have a BLUE icon saying 'motorola handset driver' this will need to be loaded also..the program won't load this for you.
(BUT DO NOT PLUG IN ANYTHING UNTIL AFTER RE-BOOT)
now when system re-starts load the program and wait till you're told to plug phone in.
Our XP's know that we're all impatient gets and allows this in different order but 98 needs everything in order to understand it.
once loaded don't worry if your phone is still not recognised.. go online and run the live update first then if still not recognised just select F6 and configure the motorola USB modem under the communications> change modem tabs.
