samsung a460 ringtones

After almost 2 years, i'm finally going to get the Samsung LE32R87BDX! :D
But reading the manual, it seems that the only way to turn the tv off is in standbye (still consuming energy)?

I want/need to know if i can turn it fully off? As the electric bill is already high as it can go...:rolleyes:

I think they consume minimal energy tho, like a VCR or Sky.
