I was looking around the internet and stumbled across

and thought I would let you guys know. Like the title suggests its a way to move menu folders in and out of different folders with icons and full of apps. I also think it lets you rename apps.
It isn't too big of a discovery but I like my folders in the root folder and the icons make everything look much more finished. Not to mention the convenience of not moving every app one by one.
