car cordless fm mp3 player radio stereo transmitter wireless/ I've been looking for some good DVD and Blu-Ray Authoring software, and it seems Roxio DVDit HD is the best for both?
Anyone had any practical experience of using this product? .

Now, here's an odd thing. Going to the Roxio UK site it is ?69.99, which is very expensive. Now, if you switch to US they currently have a special, normally $499 and now $299, which is 40% off.
I emailed their CS about this, as surely this is just confusing. They basically said that is the special offer if you buy it in US Dollars. Now, when you enter 'US' mode there is nothing to stop you ordering it in US dollars, and as it is a download then it makes no difference. In fact it tells you that orders to EU countries are OK, but attract a EU VAT download Tax of 15%. So this must be all above board?
$300 $45 (-$30 special discount) in Tax is $315 or at the current exchange rate about ?60. That's quite a saving. Cheaper even than what you'd pay for the standard non-HD version from the UK shop.
There's also a special promotion at the moment (which isn't widely advertised) but if you add 'ANNIVERSARY' as a discount code you get another 10% off! (valid till August 2008).
Has anyone had any problems ordering in US dollars in this way? At the moment it halves the cost of this product as compared to using the UK shop, and Roxio don't appear to stop you doing it. But it all seems very muddled to me. Any hidden catches I've not thought of? ------------ I've used it for Blu-rays and never had a single project work (have a look for my username on their forums!)
