Trying to update my N95 8gb to the latest v15 firmware at the moment it is on v10 It is a sim free model with 0549487 product code, Nokia updater finds it needs to be updated downloads the later firmware and then starts to install but then the phone just resets itself and then your presented with a screen stating phone recovery. This happens time and time again, even tried on another pc and the same thing happened, Any help ?? . Took it to a Nokia service centre yesterday and they could not update the fw either, they tried several times I was told.. Well now I have been told it is a fault it will be going back to the shop for exchange/refund.
