Do you have a video camera where you can capture the fault? If so you could try sending them that and if that doesn't help it could be used in a small claims court.

Did you buy it locally? Is it still within warranty? I'd get back in touch with the shop if so as your contract is with them and they are the ones I imagine you'd have to take to court. Via the small claims court and you should be able to press for a full refund (and court costs), but you will more than likely have to get an independant engineer/expert to verify there is a fault (your local tv repair shop?). Generally the courts are more in favour of the consumer - so long as you can prove there is a fault.

Obviously I'm not the only one in glasgow with samsung issues. It seems to be a wee local electronics firm doing the work too. It better return in good condition or there will be a stabbing!!
