i recently bot a n70 frm my cousin.the problem is she had installed phone guardian in her n70 n given her relative s cell number as the emergency sms number in case the phone got stolen or if sim card is changed.i recently bot the cell frm her n have formatted the phone memory n mmc memory 2 remove all traces of previous software installations.but whenever i restart my cell my cousin still recieves the sms the simcard has been changed(send by the phone guardian software).i have even deleted the phone guardian folder frm the system.but still i m facin same problems.is thr ne way i can delete all traces of software n stop dat naggin sms frm being send.or is it possible dat i change the sms no,so atleast i dnt bug my cousin 4 this petty issue.

coz u hav delete the software now u cant chnage the settings..u shld hav changed it b4 u hav formated the phone..Now solution shld b clean installation of ur software..try 2 Update ur phone software.using Nokia software updater..if new version is available go for it..or else it gives u a option sayin u already hav latest version would like 2 reinstall..jus select that option..it starts reinstalling..in ths process all software traces shld b removed..

i just format the phone and mmc, that is all...
