mtn nokia n82 black availability

Hi,

so finally I have a Nokia again. After leaving Nokia for SonyEricsson many years ago I now bought a N82.
.

.

Now, there is a few things I need help with before I kill my self

1. when I get a text message I want to see who sent the message as it arrives as on my old SE K800i "you have a new message from Lisa". As it is now I can't see who sent it until I open the message.

2. I have pictures for many of my contacts, but when they call it's just a small picture at the bottom of the screen. Totally pointless, you can't see who or what it is in the pic. I want it like on my K800i, fullscreen.

3. Once again I have to refer to my old K800 phone. When you've taken a pic with the K800 you can open it and edit the photo. For example I can use the digital zoom afterwards and save the zoomed picture as a new one. On the N82 I can't seem to do **** with the pictures.

Is it something I've missed in the manual or is there someway to fix these annoying problems?

Hi Peppen (& everyone else)

Your point 1 in the first post about not being able to see who a text message is from until you open it.
Is this an N82 issue or a general S60 issue?
Is that right then that a new received text doesn't give any information about who sent it? Not even a number?
I only ask cause I also use a K800i and from the start of this year i've received a few spam/premium rate sms texts (i.e. "your new Rhiannah ring tone!" etc) and have been able to delete these messages without opening them (& so far haven't been billed/accused of signing up because of receiving them) because the K800 as you know displays sender info.
When/if you receive a message from someone not in your phone book, what is actually displayed then?

Many thanks
