Are you using component out? If not that'e the first thing to sort. Then make sure your 360 is set to output at 720p, after that just play around with the TV settings - I think there is another thread here somewhere with info on settings.

contrast : 80 - 82
brightness :70 -72
colour : 50 - 59
sharpness : 50 - 60
Colour Tone : Normal
