Nokia's in-beta Location Tagger just got a lot more intelligent, making sure that your photos don't get delayed while waiting for a GPS fix, enabling a 'show on map' function and fixing a 'nasty, battery-draining' bug. Location Tagger is great, works fine on N95 8GB, and even to my surprise works (using external GPS) with my E51 - Location tagger indicator works fine even in the very basic E51 camera app, images are tagged and you can view then in Nokia Maps, then you can upload them to flickr either using email or ShoZu. Thanks ratkat for the testing it on E51.

Wipe out all embedded / hidden EXIF metatag information from your phone photos before sending them out or posting it on the Internet! Photo Detagger removes the tags without damaging the photos and in the process even reduces the size of the JPEG photos by about 3-5 KBytes as well.
