D500 memory problem!!!

pleaz i need ur help.my samsung d500 is doing bull.i have about 77mb free space on it but i try to send a file(video) from my classic n-gage to it through blutooth.it's sometimes displays connction impossible.i dont know what happen.i succeded in sending a file of 425kb but i try a larger one of 2.140mb,it refuses.pleaz i really need ur help.is there a code to format the memory?any solution will be greatly accepted .thanks.

Might be your phone memory is very low and cannot accomodate your big size messages in your inbox, thus it must be giving you this kind of erros try cehcking you phone memory space and see how much is available....

you mean you're trying to send a file from an n-gage to your samsung?
if you are not using MMC as the default memory for messaging,
check if n-gage internal memory (not MMC) is larger than the file you're sending.
ngage is creating a temporary copy of that file in internal memory before sending it.

noooo this is a big problem i have one like this in my d600
this is a defect in this phones.
u must make a big format 4 any things from services center
