Lingo vs. 6275i
Author:   Add date: 07/24/2008   Publishing date: 07/24/2008   Hits: 0

I was all hyped and ready to chuck my money to the nearest rep for the Lingo, but after checking out the 6275i I am torn between the two.

I am gonna be doing alot of texting, but want the better WAP capabilities.
.
I like the microSD but it's not that important.
Something I want to know is how texting is on the QWERTY anyway, is it smooth?
I also want the one with the better bling factor, you know cuz that's the "it" thing to have.

Any help would be appreciated.

with the holiday season around the corner, the real "it" phones are going to launch very shortly. as for the other two: it's really between the music n the text. cuz the nokia has an amazing radio n mp3 player with a real good speaker n the ear jack hook up, which other cricket mp3 phones don't have. but the lingo makes it so easy to text n surf the web, camera is also great. i no i'm not helping by telling the great features but they're brand new phones on the market. no one seen anything bad happen yet. but remember accessories are not available yet for either. n the lingo has a crapy speaker!

As of now, I have a Kyocera Energi.
Contrary to most folks I've had zero problems with it, except I need a new battery.

One thing that concerns me, even if the Lingo has a nice camera, what's the use if I can only store a few photos at a time?
Anybody have the internal memory for this thing?

and with the Nokia, does it use eZi text?

I sort of want a comparative list for these two, with the following:
1. Storage.
2. How nicely the WEB functions are.
3. Which is more customizable?
4. Any other helpful items..
------------

all those questions can be answered by the nokia.

Ya sometimes you just have to play with the phones hands on yourself to determine which is best for your needs. I'm sure the lingo will work out great, you should consider ordering it online - it's a little cheaper than it is in stores...

Kyocera Lingo $179.99

I think thats like 20bux cheaper than in-store price.

so how's the lingo for those who owns one? any downsides? what's good about it?
