how to listen to creative mp3 player in the car/ Just wanted to give a bit of recognition to AV Sales (Kent Home Cinema) who I purchased an Onkyo AV Receiver from a year ago. The unit went to the repair company but it the parts were going to have to be manufactured and I was facing a 3-4month wait. . . AV Sales agreed to replace the unit with a newer model without any fuss! Yes, technically the Sale of Goods Act stipulates that repairs have to be done in reasonable time and without overly inconveniencing the buyer....it's just nice to deal with a retailer that takes this into account and does the right thing without arguing about it. So, thanks to Richard and the guys at AV Sales - it's good to find retailers that have integrity in dealing with their customers. Cheers Ronnie ------------ Good work by them, it's nice to see a retailer taking their responsibilities seriously. ------------ I can vouch for the after sales service from AV sales and in particular Richard. I recently purchased a Panasonic PF50 panel which unfortunately turned out to be faulty. A couple of emails and a brand new replacement was delivered. All I can say is that I would certainly use their services in the future knowing that I will be well looked after should something go wrong. Well done AV Sales.....Keep it up! Sclass
