I dont wish to join a gym so if there can be any alternative diet plan or something like that it would realy help..
I have one bad habbit that during the meals i take only 2 chapaties or little bit of rice and in bewtten meals i eat some stuff like wafers, cookies, namkeen, pepsi( around twice a week), have a lots of coffee, after dinner ice creams or some chocolates....!
I go to bed late around 1 to 2:30 or sometimes 3..... and get up late at around 9..
I masturbate around 2-3 times a day.
My weight is around 80 kg, and my height is 5feet 9inches.....!My waist size is 35"
I am desperate to lose weight.....! ------------
