N95/nokia/Can't find new firmware

free nokia n95 software download
Hey just saw there was a new firmware available for the n95 but when i use teh firmware updater it only shows v12 as being available which is the one i have on there currently. My phone is not branded i'm in the us and i ordered it online. Is there a way to update the firmware without using the firmware downloader or am i basically gonna be stuck with v12. Thanx.
