I need your help.

I have an LE32R32BX and It doesn't seem to have a setting to switch off the Dynamic contrast.

I know that there is an option within the Engineer Service Menu:



I did exactly this procedure several times but I can NOT access to the service menu :(

What am I doing wrong ?

From where did you get the instructions to enter the Service Menu? I only ask as they look like they are the ones for the R7 series of LCD tv. Maybe they do not work (in that sequence) for your TV. Or maybe there is no way to enter the service menu for your TV???

I thought they were the same.
