windows xp blind skins/ Hi Strange not to know if your USB2.0 is not working eh ? I have a usb 2.0 wifire antenna, it's performance sucks, it says it will run with usb1.0 though at a large performance loss, so I think that's why it sucks. . I've uploaded a screen shot of my USB settings from Device manager. All root hubs are Standard open HCD host controller. If my USB2.0 is not working will reinstalling SP2 help ? I've tried uninstalling them all, they automatically install again with the same drivers. I've tried updating the drivers, it says it cannot find a better match. When I plug a USB2.0 deivce in it doesn't pop up with an error saying that this device is plugged into a usb1.0 slot, though I don't think it would if the comp thinks ALL ports are 1.0 right ? A strange thing is when ever I plug some thing usb in it doesn't show in the USB device tree in device manager, though still works. Any Ideas ? Cheers !
