motorola q/I have a laptop that I am using to mod a phone on. I have the latest MPTs and it works great. I try to use p2k, p2kcommander,p2ktools and any other program and they say the phone is not connected. Whats up with that. I have tried to install newer drivers, but that didnt work. Maybe I am doing that wrong. Can anyone tell me the correct way to reinstall the right drivers or give any other suggestions on what is my problem?

------------ Well after searching several forums... I finally found that upgrading windows XP to sp2 would fix the problem I was having. And guess what, THAT WORKED.
------------ also if that happens again, reinstall the driver a restart yur pc, that worked for me

My p2k wouldnt identify my phone either but if i run motorola software update then try it identifies it but if i close msu (even when it says I have the latest drivers ) before i id it it doesnt work. sorry if I sound like an idiot and am stating the obvious or such, I am new i just downloaded it today!
