Firmware update for N95-4

I just got my N95-4 (8gig US version) today from Amazon, and I was wonder if anyone knew of problems with updating the firmware on it. When I try to update the firmware using Nokia's tools it just says that the device is not recognized by the software. The USB connection is fine, but it seems like it doesn't recognize the model. Anyone else has the N95-4 and seen this?

no update available for the nam version yet that's you're getting that error. and never put the n95-2's product code on your n95-4.
