N82 Battery life problem

Not sure why, but recently my battery in my N82 on standby has only been lasting about 2.5 hours before it is completely dead!! I have bluetooth turned off, WLAN off, off apps are closed and it is only lasting a few hours. Any one got any ideas? I just ordered a new battery on ebay for a 5iver but I am not impressed with this Nokia battery and wonfered if anyone else have had this problem.

I would try another battery but you may have a stuck button somewhere.

hmmm. yeah it might be a button of some sort, or it could be damaged

hmm...ok guess I will have to try and get this sorted, does anyone know if I would have to deal with Orange to get this sorted, or is this something I would need to speak to Nokia direct about?!
