Im not having a good day with my phone. I've downloaded NSS and installed the F1 USB device. I click on scan yet it will not find my phone information!

Am I doing anything wrong? ------------------ Open NSS with phone connected usb, then click the magnifying glass ------------------ Done all that. It just says scan for product... Error! ------------------ Ok, what firmware you running.? Key in *#0000# into your phones keypad, and let us know what it says. ------------------ Firmware version V20.0.015 ------------------ What mode do put the phone into when you connect the USB cable? ------------------
