I purchase nokia n95 and the phone comes with the new version v20.0.015
I have problem that when I open the nokia map application
It is to slow to go left or right on the map the navigation to slow (very slow) compared with the older version
.
( i download maps from nokia maps loader )
So that problem is from the new version or from the downloaded maps )
And there is solution to make the navigation faster
My Regards I don? think so... but overall N95 it? the worst GPS unit... when I compare N95 with a dedicated GPS unit, the lock signal was a few seconds, and all seems so easy Then its possible you have a faulty GPS unit, most likely the contacts need sorting.
Having the same chipset in my 6110, and used 2 N95's, the chipset is not as good as sirf3 but perfectly usable.
In some case, I get a lock faster than a sirf3 unit due to AGPS. It also maintains lock, and runs smooth on every one of the satnav programs Ive tried.
Are you running any other programs at the same time? Thanks nj7 and bartmanekul for the replay
but i open nokia maps only without any other programs at the same time
can there is a way to remove nokia maps application and install it again and delete the downloaded maps
