Power management Problems on N73

Hi
I have a Nokia N73 with latest f/w 4.036x. The problems im facing are :
i) Failing to resume from standby mode(when the blue light flickers). Have to remove battery and restart phone in this case.
ii) Failure to go into standby mode (screen saver mode also). Screen dims and active screen can be seen as is.
iii) Phone switches off automatically for no reason.
Any clues/help............. Pls help
