problem with WATCHER MAIN THREAD APP

I have this problem recently with my W960i phone..when I turned on the phone it says WATCHERMAIN THREAD APP IS CLOSED. Then I cannot receive any messages w/o restarting the phone. how can I fix this problem? can anyone help me. I cannot use my phone and to think of it my phone is brand new.
