Here lately, I've been eating a TON of grapes.. I just have this craving for them.. But I didn't really look at what their nutritional facts were, i just assumed they were good for you because they were fruit.. But i've been reading, and people are saying to not eat so many because they're full of sugar... So..how many should I eat? How many is bad for me? (Daily i mean) .

There is no criteria for what is too much and what is too little. Depending on your body, how much u exercise, ur lifestyle, etc. you must decide about ur intake...
