hi, i have a friend with samsung d600, i copied with bluetooth a .sis and a .jar game from my nokia phone to her samsung d600, worked.
but she cant open the files on her phone to install them, they arrived in mail-in-box , but seems not to run /be able to open them.

any ideas? does she need some software installed on d600 first? or does samsung d600 runs no .sis and no .jar files at all, what are gamefiles called that run on samsung d600, whats their .extension ? Hi
Samsung Handsets are not compatible with symbian games that are games with extension .sis
For .jar files samsung requires .jad files with .jar files to install
You can make .jad files with JADGEN application(Google it,u will find)
Also to install the game either the game should be on WAP site
or you can upload it via Softick PPP and Samsung Java Uploader

plz post Hi, i dont think D600 can recive jars from IR or BLUETOOTH excepts its PC SUITE. or you can download games from WAP. and D600 dont support SIS AT ALL.... ey folks... do you mean copying a .jar and .jad file from pc to samsung via card reader will not work ?? i've been trying that many times and copied it to D600 successfully but when i tried to install it, it says "FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED".. ne help ?
