I have tried to sign rotateme to install to my n95 but for some reason it will not sign.I do have the neccessary Security Certificate and keyfile from Symbian but it still wont work, I even tried signing it on my phone but no good.I have installed the RD Accelerometer DLL first so that should be OK.

In signsis all I get is file I/O fault cannot create blah blah blah-----
I know the Security Certificate and Keyfile are good as it has signed other programs, any ideas please. Try downloading rotateme again, a corrupt file is the only thing I can think of that would cause you an error with signsis - or an incompatible file. I have the same problem. Isn't this related to the outage at SymbianSigned? I can't even register with my work email, you need to be a dev.
