N95/nokia/nokia n95 problems
I'm sure everybody heard of the problems with empty music folders stuck in the memory with the 8gb phones and the only way to get rid of them is thru. opening private folders when the phone is connected via data transfer mode every time. But is there anyway to delete your unwanted tracks from phone and never had this problem arises. I personally had this problem before when I first got my phone. Before anybody figured out a way to fix it, I returned and got a new phone instead. Now I have been so afraid to delete any songs unless I really have to. I REALLY think the problem stems from the fact that those tracks were deleted from the handset directly, rather than via the data transfer mode or PC suite. Am I correct? Or could it be just the firmware problem?

ive had this problem too... i have so many tracks which are corrupt and dont work and i cant seem to remove the folders...i started when i copied a few artists across then went to sort them into folders ON THE PHONE and then everything died...any ofolder i renamed became corrupt...WHY does this happen? now if i delete that folder its still there...how do you fix this?

people on this and other forums mentioned about deleting a hidden folder in the mass storage drive under the "Private" folder. I believe the folder you need to delete is named "101FFC31"
