i am new here. just bought an e61 from ebay. cant wait to receive it.
i have 2 questions.
1. how do i know what firmware i will have on my phone?
2. what kind of software have you downloaded into your phone?

Firmware is the same as every other Nokia, type *#0000#
Apps, TomTom. also, i have wireles internet at home, will i be able to be online on my new nokia e61 thru wifi?

As for applications there's hundreds out there, I'm using:
GoogleMaps
GoogleMail Client
Mail for Exchange (for work email)
emTube (like YouTube on your phone)
Fring (for all instant messaging and VoIP calls)
Splash (for viewing and manipulating images properly)
1GB card full of games - all of which are full versions and free, but you're not allowed to discuss that on here! hey samster,
do all those applications on your phone make it slow?  ok, another question...
what is the difference between wap and internet? is the wap a mobile browser that will show you the mobile websites, not the full real websites? i rather have internet over wap if that is the case... can i do that with the e61? how?
i am a lil confused to much to know about this...lol...gprs...edge...hdps or something like that, the whole alphabet...dont understand all of it just yet...clarify. someone please...
