Help! N95 stolen!

Sorry if this thread is the wrong section.

My beloved Nokia N95 was stolen at the weekend.

I've spoken to the police and my network service provider and it seems there is nothing more they can do other than blacklist the IMEI number.

I was hoping one of you guys know of any mobile phone tracking services?? I don't mind paying as long as it is accurate.

I really want to get this phone back, it holds many sentimental family pictures.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Steven.

not really much that can be done mate aside from blacklisting the imei which means at least you can be happy in the knowledge that the thieving little ******** will not be able to use it in the Uk
I hope you get a replacement soon mate

Sadly blacklisting does not always cover the 3 network. The bugger could put a 3 sim in if its unlocked...maybe.

One of my work colleagues was saying earlier that there is services out there that can track the IMEI or gps if it is switched on.

But was thinking it would possibly need third party software installed on the phone beforehand?

I didn't know the n95's can be unlocked?

Steven.

I had mine stolen aswell and it stayed logged into my msn account using someones home wifi for days the police didnt seem to care either and didnt understand what wireless internet was....

I think you dont have a choice and will never see the phone again :(

they can be unlocked quite easily unless they are on 3 but the software isn't cheap

The N95 is a lot easier to unlock than a lot of BB5 phones as the test points are easy to get to
