I upgraded my phone's software to 20.0.015 (from 013) earlier, and before doing so, backed up all my data using PC-Suite. After the upgrade, I couldn't recover it - I installed the latest version of PC-Suite, as recommended on some other thread, but it still wouldn't work (it said everything had been copied to the phone, but nothing was there). I use an Acer Aspire PC running Windows Vista. The information isn't that vital, but I'd like to get it back (and be able to use this facility in the future) - what can anyone recommend, even if just so as to be able to somehow access the files where the contacts/SMSs are stored (I don't know where they are stored, nor how to access them) so as to retrieve them manually (by viewing as text) if necessary?

------------ Not entirely sure what has gone wrong matey, all I know is nothing worked right for me on Vista. Not a huge issue as I have access to an XP machine also, and this is fine.
------------ Im not sure what the problem is but I use Vista (64-bit) and everything (inc backups) work fine for me..?
------------ My bro uses Vista, 32bit, with no issues. No idea why it does not work for me, but I know a few others with similar issues running Vista.

I don't have Vista, so I'm only guessing that this may work for some of you...
