Go ahead install. Thats a regular error that the phone gives. Just the kind of error that the phone gives when you are installing an app that does not have a registered certificate.

The phone gives the warning since according to the certificate, the app is a development app and may not have been fully tested for your phone. IF you are confident that the app is good, there will be no problem.
